Refund Policy

Every order carries 60 days of cover. Here is precisely how that works.

Refunds originate with the seller, never with us. No money moves through brathizen.com, so approving or declining one is outside our power entirely. Every one has to be raised with the seller’s own support desk.

The guarantee, briefly

BreathiZen carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Two months in, if it has not justified its place, you may ask for your purchase price back.

Do this the day it arrives

Put day 60 in your calendar the moment the parcel lands. Ten seconds of work, and it is the one part of this entirely within your control. Almost everybody who misses out misses out on the date rather than on the merits.

Making the request

StepWhat happens
OneDig out the order number from your confirmation email.
TwoWrite to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
ThreeTheir reply will carry whatever return address or reference number applies.
FourFollow what they tell you precisely, retaining any tracking receipt.
FiveThe refund returns to whichever card paid.

Timing

Expect a handful of working days from the point the seller approves it. How quickly the credit then surfaces belongs to your card issuer, commonly another five to ten working days.

Broken, short or wrong

A parcel that turns up damaged, incomplete or simply incorrect needs photographs sent to support the same day. Those are dealt with separately and should not consume your guarantee period.

Official purchases only

Only a purchase made through the official checkout carries this. Auction sites and third-party resellers almost never do, and nothing they sell you exists in the seller’s system to claim against.

Verify the live terms. The seller owns this guarantee and may revise it at will. Cover comes from their checkout wording at the point you paid, not from anything written here.
